Backup of Data before Formatting

Click Backup All and set the file name as you wish, but do not change .VCF, or else you won’t be able to restore your contacts back. Then click OK, and the backup process will start.Super Backup

After the process gets complete, you will see an option called Send Backup to Cloud, which means you can share or send email to self or else you can save it in Google Drive.

Click on Send to Others > Select your Sharing app or Gmail. Rest you know what to do!

Restoring the Data after Formatting

After you have formatted your phone, Copy the backup file to your phone from Gmail or other sharing apps, and then Click on the backup downloaded.VCF file. Then you will be asked, where you want to save your contacts whether Google, Sim or Phone. I recommend saving in Google because Google will sync your contacts and then whenever you lose your contacts, you can regain it from Google.

Same you can do it for other data, but to restore other categories like Images or Messages, you will need to download Super Backup app again, then click on Restore, select the file and it will restore your data in your phone. This can’t be done manually as while restoring Contacts.
